I hope all the advertiseing on this forum comes to an end.The odd post is understandable but I hope the abuse of free advertiseing stops.

If you dont like it, dont post on their threads. Create some good threads for discussion like Dougie's thread on promoters for MMA fights. Or analyze in detail why the single is intrinsically superior to the double leg as a take down, then we can debate it with you.

Tough shit. Don't click on the threads if you're not interested. Rick has done a lot for Ontario grappling, he can advertise his new gear as much as he wants just like you can whine as much as you like.
There's a time and a place. The reason why this forum has become "dead" recently is because all the friggin self promotion is driving everyone away. When the entire front page is full of ads, and all the other threads are being bumped, everyone will naturally assume there is no action in any of those threads and they won't post here.
This has nothing to do with "the sport growing & people making $$ off it", and nobody is trying to discredit any of these companies/individuals contributions to the sport.
You want free advertising? Ask Kirik to setup a separate forum where they can post as many threads as they want to regarding their new stock of Lucky Gi's or Tapout rashguards.
I just counted 30 out of 50 threads on the front page as being ads.

Also this thread wasn't ment to bash the stores as both stores are top notch in the merchandise they have and there customer service.
I just hate the constant advertiseing on these threads on the underground forum.now it went one step further and both companies seem to try and make there store look better then the other.Competitive business practices are good but this is not an advertiseing forum and one should be set up to accomadate them.
I'm a happy customer to fightplanet and revolution, but ya the advertising here is getting ridiculous.
