Has anyone ever totally switched gears in mid 30s, early 40s?
I'm just tired of my industry and want to do something completely different.
Something in the science field. Maybe astronomy. Maybe archaeology.
I know neither pay well. I'm just tired and want to work at something where I see the fruit of my labors. Don't care about money.
Ok I care about money a little. Would be nice to get paid to do what you love.

Jinx, I always meant to PM you my dating app idea since you know a bit about coding. My brother told me a crucial flaw with it, so I trashed it. But I dunno, maybe you have a way around it in your head...
Not trying to ruin your dream or anything but there are thousands of dating apps on both play store and app store. It isn't about the app, it's the financial backing,branding and marketing that allows some to succeed and others not to.
Even if you have something truly revolutionary without the money, good branding and marketing it won't go anywhere.
