put u shaped pads on each side of your ankle and have someone that knows what they are doing tape it up. shave your leg and tape it to the skin. anti-inflammatories every six hours.

if you can, ice and elevate before work. if you have work boots you might make it through your shift.

no matter what you do it probably won't be stable enough to kick box. impossible to plant on it and throw a kick without rolling it over.
