Not ragging. I'm a big Rogan fan, but the vido looks jerky in a shady way while the punches/kicks are thrown and smoothed out deruing the respites between blows.
Watch joe spar with John Wayne parr, he reaches with the backkikck and kind of falls off balance after it. I respectfully think he pushes more than he snaps.
