i take everything TC writes with a grain of salt.... anything written for T-nation is gonna pimp their products (that are absurdly expensive, btw) quite a bit..



 



i still remember when he compared HMB to being on Deca (nandroline) in the old MM2K magazine....

Ehhh....

1. This is patently false.
2. He didn't realize bodybuilding splits led to muscles being worked more than once until a couple years ago? The fuck? Doesn't this guy think about lifting for a living?
3. Oh no, that's right... He sells supplements for a living. PS. I love the irony of saying that old nutrition knowledge is hindering you and then spouts off a bunch himself.
4.fasted cardio burns more calories but you're better off with their supplement? Sure... This is a perfect example of someone choosing the facts that push his agenda. GH is also high in the morning, and will drop like a stone when you take that supplement, but no mention of that... Weird...
5. I can agree with this one. Even a broken clock is right twice per day.
6. Some antiquated notions here. I think recovery workouts are better spent on mobility and other prehab, but OK...
7. 4 meals better than 6? Ok ... Maybe your insulin system needs more rest than that.
