LM is correct. I've gotten plenty of clients that assure me that they're training hard, and with me JUST STANDING THERE (while they're doing their usual workout) they tell me it's harder.
If you have a pretty good idea of technical form, get a friend to work out with you and have competitions with each other.
SCRAP
Both of the above posters are correct. Someone in person is infinitely better.
However, if you ultimately want someone to work with you over the internet, i've had very good results.
You can send me an email at mmaconditioning@yahoo.com if you want to discuss it.

Wow so true,
I've been doing CrossFit workouts on my own for so long. Just last month I started doing them with one the trainers I work with at the gym and it's made a world of difference as to how hard I push myself. Now if I don't have any one to do them with I just get some random person at the gym to stand there and hold a stop watch for me. Gets them motivated to start working out hard also.
I run a gym full time and I survive simply because my clients KNOW that they will not work out hard enough on their own.
As I tell them, "You will NEVER push yourself as hard as a good trainer will push you".
Bad Knight,
I agree live is always better. You may want to try a group personal training session or find a buddy to
split a session with. I also suggest a combo, if possible, of live and online. It's a service that we
offer on a regular basis for our clients. We use a digital animation program that shows a lot of detail. I
have use this exact program for fighters when they travel
or when they live out of state. I have had very good results with it. If you would like a sample , send me a email, at kevin@burnwithkearns.com. All the best. Kevin
