I was looking for Scott Sonnon's Warrior Wellness programs, but it seems they have been replaced by something called Intu-Flow. I just wanted to know if anyone can describe what it is like and how it compares to Warrior Wellness? I am looking for something to train my balance, joint mobility and flexibilty.
Hi -
I've been teaching CST for years, and Warrior Wellness was a lifesaver for me when I first started out with Sonnon's materials. It helped me go from pain-full to pain-free, and I really loved it.
That said, I am more fond of Intu-Flow. It is a vast upgrade over Warrior Wellness, with better presentation, much more material included, and a better explanation of how to practice and progress from one level to the next. I use Intu-Flow with all of my training clients, and now have a number of medical pros referring patients to me for training. It consistently helps my clients regain pain-free ROM, improve balance and coordination, expands active flexibility, and retrains functional breathing habits to integrate better with your movements.
Yup, those are some big claims. But I've spent the last 4-1/2 years doing the work, starting with myself and a laundry list of injuries from competitive grappling. Now I'm pain-free and fully functional. I'm a top personal trainer and a nationally certified massage therapist running one of the largest massage centers in MN, and I see Intu-Flow work over and over and over.
One of my clients wrote a cool success story which is posted on my site. For her, Intu-Flow has had an enormous impact which has been amazing: http://cstminnesota.com/5.html
Happy training!

Thanks for the information Jason. Sounds like Intu-Flow is what I am looking for.
I don't like talking about Intu Flow because I sound like an RMAX sales rep but I got Intu Flow for xmas last year and have used it damn near everyday. It has really helped me with ROM in my shoulders, knees and ankles. I can't recomend it enough, A+
