Wanna buy my black lotus darling?

Not sure if it counts but I bought a pack of baseball cards for $10 at Walgreens the other day and hit a card that I could sell for at least 2k judging by comps on ebay. The last several months has seen a lot of people "invest" in certain players.

I'm gonna hold the card and hope he has a monster year in this shortened season.

Ive never sold them but I started buying old key issue comics about 12 years ago. Best one I Bought was mid grade Incredible Hulk #1 for about 3k in 2010. It’s worth about roughly 15k today. I also got Stan lee to sign a bunch of them.

Rental property. Would like to own a car wash at some point but don’t know much about zoning or anything
