Ok, I watched the first episode of Iron Ring. Setting aside my love of Shonie and Krazy Horse, I didn't understand half the words being spoken and it kind of made me feel a little nauseous. Do the next shows have any redeeming (mma related) substance or can I just assume that everyone is 'real hard' and move on? BTW, did hip-hop get a lobotomy after Public Enemy?
Hot Tomato - You'll learn that TI made the rear naked choke famous. That's HIS move. And that if you're in side mount, you have to watch out for the triangle.
I stopped watching after the 2nd episode. That shit was ghetto! Embarrassed that I told some people who were skepitikal about mma to check that show out cause it might be good. My wife liked Pride, thinks the UFC is startimg to act like pro-wrasslin (the interviews), and thought that the Iron Ring was pretty lame. I am going to agree with her and the Iron Ring is a complete set back to the future of MMA and hopefully the new strikeforce on CBS does a little better job of trying to bring MMA into homes as a sport with a little more grace
