is edgar/maynard most predictably boring title fig

 fight in history?

there is about a 3% chance for a stoppage...

dancing or hugging...pick your poison

512 - There's always a chance Maynard knocks himself out again.

 that was the 3%

Just hope that they put in some knockout artist match ups to save the card!

yeah, you cant predict if certain cards will be exciting, but you can predict certain matchups..i really see no conceivable way either fighter gets a finish

it will likely consist of frankie bouncing around like a gnat, diving in with pitter pat, getting taken down....edgar trying to get up while gray tries to hold him down...rinse and repeat for 5 rounds

What's the matter, still pissed that your hero BJ got hopelessly outclassed in all aspects of fighting, including grappling where he is supposed to be a god?

Gonzaga/Jordan had a stoppage.

Garcia/Jung didn't.

Which one was the boring fight?

Agreed. Any fight involving Maynard is guaranteed to
Be the worst fight on ANY card. I'd like to see if betting sites will have odds on this going to decision

The one where both fighters had intent to finish from the opening bell

It's going to be a feinting contest. Maynard will just move around and go for the takedown while Edgar comes in with his punches. Edgar will probably realize this and not be all that aggressive coming in with his punches, so you'll have both fighters not engaging and a bunch of punches falling short of the mark.

Gonzaga has a 100% finishing percentage. I don't think he lacks "intent to finish".

^ That's why I said both fighters had intent. All it takes is one fighter who is too timid to do anything to make a fight boring. Can't say I've seen Gonzaga/Jordan though.

His fight with Huerta was great. For that matter, the first fight with Edgar was good as well. It was yet another fight where tards scream "lay and pray" even though almost none of the fight took place on the ground. The Jim Miller fight was pretty good, too. Diaz fight was bad imo. FLorian fight was bad, but I blame Florian more than Maynard.

To me, title fights between the best fighters far outweighs title fights that i think would be exciting.

Anderson vs winner of Vitor/Okami > Manhoef

Snarl Snatch - I think in a 5 round fight, one of them will get tired...I'm just hoping it's only one of them, cause then there will be a finish.
edgar does not get tired...maynard may, but it wont matter, because he will just take frankie down and rest

It amazes me that people watched Frankie improve enough in four months to go from a razor-thin decision over BJ to a unanimous five-round domination, but still don't think he's improved enough in TWO YEARS to beat Gray Maynard.
