On the one hand Dana doesn't get the satisfaction of having this loss happen under his umbrella, against one of the fighters he controls.
But on the other hand Dana can say that Fedor was overrated because he lost in "the minor leagues."
No one will EVER dominate Fedor. He got caught, it happens.
CDO - Choked into submission = dominated.

When you make a post I can see who it's posted by, your name is there, CDO. Therefor putting "- CDO" at the bottom of your posts is kind of pointless. Almost as pointless as the one I have quoted.
MMc AA - No one will EVER dominate Fedor. He got caught, it happens.Pretty sure Fedor got fucking worked by brett rogers in round 1, so please explain. And Arlovski was workin that ass aswell. so Stfu plz.
It's worse that he lost in strikeforce. If he were fighting in the ufc, each one of his fights would have been marketed as if they were the largest hw match of all time against the no 2 hw (regardless of whether the Challenger actually deserved that rank). Most people gave Werdum very little chance of beating Fedor, and many had already titled him a UFC washout due to his 2-2 record in the premier MMA organization.

submission
an act of submitting to the authority or control of another
domination
exercise of preponderant, governing, or controlling influence
CDO - Choked into submission = dominated.

"Please stop before you make me go to sleep or break my arm"
Dominated in 69 seconds.
This 100 times worse. He lost fighting against the UFC's table scraps. No offense to Werdum who I like as a fighter and who seems to be a real nice guy but he was 2-2 in the UFC and never anything more than a middle of the pack guy there. Fedor would have been better off losing to Overeem or one of the top UFC guys. What happened last night was exactly what Dana wanted, regardless of where it happened.
Fighters are up and down in there career.... Werdum had a couple of bad fights and he was out of the UFC.
Werdum is on a high right now and has had a couple of good wins.
It will be good to see him agains Overoide!
grimer - What happened last night was exactly what Dana wanted, regardless of where it happened.
You're probably right. Dana wins no matter what.
This could back fire if he lost Werdum and Overeem or even just Werdum.
Then he goes to the UFC runs his way threw the ranks not losing and takes the title leaving SF with the 2 guys who beat him.

You UFC shills are really something. Not even after beating Fedor will you acknowledge Werdum's worth.
Howerver, Fedor nuthuggers will over-exaggerate Werdum's worth so it makes the loss look not as bad.
He was borderline top 10, only was .500 in the UFC. Always a super danger on the ground though.
Losing to Werdum isnt shameful, but the way Fedor lost( and considering hes supposed to be the pfp best fighter on the planet) is quite suprising.
Chimonos Revenge - Losing to Werdum isnt shameful, but the way Fedor lost( and considering hes supposed to be the pfp best fighter on the planet) is quite suprising.Ya think?
Sure it is; now the nuthuggers can insist that Werdum would destroy anyone in the UFC, just like they insisted that giving Fedor trouble meant that Rogers would beat everyone there
The anti Fedor people are lame. He hasn't gotten worked by anyone, period.
Every single top fighter, when asked who the best is, says Fedor. Bottom line. When all the top HW's were in Pride, he beat them. Then he beats the UFC ex champs... but they suck. Well, what does that say about the level of fighters in the UFC during Fedor's run? Nuff said.
Yes, Werdum lost a dec to Arlovski his 1st fight in the cage, and Arlovski refused to go to the ground. He got dropped by JDS to start the fight, so he apparently sucks now. You guys are so f'n stupid. Big Nog wouldn't even go to the ground w/ Werdum. He's a killer on the ground, and Fedor f'd up staying down there. He dropped him 10 seconds into the fight, could've backed out, and just didn't. We didn't get some lame excuses afterwards, he manned up and accepted the loss.
I love how Werdum is "table scraps" and a washout, but Randy Couture loses every other time he steps out there.... and is considered a master and a legend. You honestly think Couture wouldn't get tapped by Werdum? Keep watching TUF and believing Zuffa and DW's bullshit that everyone outside UFC sucks.
