I think that in the mainstream, Jones is already well liked. But, here on the UG, it has been a different story.
Even though this season is very light on the coaches and their conflicts or personalities, Jones is coming off like a regular dude that is passionate about fighting. Both coaches are.
Also, seeing him out of a camp he doesn't look like the behemoth he is made out to be on here.
Was TUF a good move for Bones? Is he winning over any UGers who thought he was different? 
Hardcore MMA fans aren't going to let any of their petty grudges go that easily, but he's probably going to get over a bit more with the casual fans after beating Chael.
I'm warming up to him. He's a great coach but I still think there's a hint of arrogance shining through that he can't hide no matter how hard he tries.
I think Jones and Sonnen should be the permanent TUF coaches. It's hard to imagine two coaches being able to equal, let alone top these two in upcoming seasons. They've ruined it for everyone!
I agree they are both jam-up. And, for the record I am a certified hater that is coming around.
I never had a problem with him, but the way he and Sonnen and he are coaching makes me respect them both a ton.
They're both doing it like grown ups with a job to do and it's made this season great so far.

Yea I have warmed up to him some too. Wouldn't call myself a big fan or anything. But I agree with him and Chael being permanent coaches.

Burt doesn't own that word and Bones has been saying it for as long as he has been on TV.

I also think him giving his teammate the wildcard showed loyalty I didnt expect from him!
Becoming more familiar with him has made me warm up to him. I used to be a full time Bones hater but now, not so much.
