No. He’s finished one opponent in the UFC and that was 6 years ago. Made his ufc debut in Dec 2013, has gone 11-5.
No offense to any of the guys he’s defeated, but a top 10 MW gets some finishes against the guys he’s fought.

Jotko is 5-1 in his last six, but two of those wins were split decisions and conceivably could have gone the other way. Admittedly I don’t remember anything about those 2 split decision wins.
One of those split decision wins was against Misha Cirkunov, a guy who is currently on a 3 fight losing streak, who is 1-4 in his last 5 and 2-6 in his last 8.
To me Jotko’s 5-1 recent run isn’t as impressive as it looks on paper.
