I think it is just as good and Is not a disappointment. It is still a strong card. It mainly sucks for Davis because this was his big chance, and his big test. I also think we may have a better fight overall.

and to the OP..while machida/evans II is bomb...i really like phil davis and wanted to see what he was made of against rashad. Phils wrestling looked a little sloppy last fight though, but thats a different story.

even though I like phil davis, rashad/davis was such a weak main event that most anything was an improvement.
the only thing is, machida just absolutely killed rashad the firs time around so there's not that thirst to see a rematch but it's better than the originally planned bout.

Actually he goes from a title shot I think he would have won to jones getting his shot to that title shot to a number one contender fight that he should be able to handle to fighting someone who Has and probly will knock him out... And he hasn't fought in over a year... Lol...
