is protein good if you do not...

..practise wheigh training.

I hate wheigh training..and I would like to know if by taken protein when I train, i can get a little bit bigger or if it has to be taken only with wheigh training.

I am far from an expert but as far as I know protein is benificial after any kind of exercise that exhausts your muscles, not just weight lifting. However I don't know that it will help you get any bigger.
