Trying to figure out if there was anything as humiliating as that fight.. it wasn't a one shot KO, it was a systematic destruction and the matrix dodging, helping him back up and the Paw KO...
Anthony Johnson destroying Tommy Speers soul was pretty hard to watch
That was pretty bad but Cowboy-Conor wasn't much better. 19/20 shots landed from Conor and 0 from Cowboy.
bj Penn shattering joe stevenson's lifetime dream - and doing it by cutting him to ribbons and outclassing him. brutal sport
Silva clowned Griffin worse, but watching Cody Garbrandt put on a clinic and showboating while doing it against Dom absolutely blew me away. Especially when you consider how Cody went on to get KO’d repeatedly after that fight.
It's not the most humiliating just because prime Silva was horrifying.
Fabes -It's not the most humiliating just because prime Silva was horrifying.
Agreed.
GSP vs Hughes 3 was pretty embarrassing for Hughes. It looked like gsp just picked some random dude out of the audience to demonstrate a few moves on. I didn't even like Hughes at the time but still felt a little bad he was getting thrown around so easily.
Anyone who knew better expected insane striking from Silva, so although it might have been embarrassing for Forrest, I didn't find it humiliating, especially considering Silva did the same to others before.
I would say Rousey vs Holm was the most humiliating, especially considering Rousey was riding SO much hype and Holm on the other hand was coming off some lackluster decisions and yet made Ronda look like an amateur at best.
I would say big tim vs ray mercer, Kimbo vs Seth. Gracie vs Art J, joe son vs hackney...kalib Starnes...
Quarry/Starnes.
I used to get embarrassed for Jorge Gurgel throwing everything out the window to brawl and look like he crawled out of a car wreck after his fights.
Tru -I would say big tim vs ray mercer, Kimbo vs Seth. Gracie vs Art J, joe son vs hackney...kalib Starnes...
Getting KO’d by Ray Mercer is humiliating? On what planet?
And Kimbo losing to Seth was humiliation for the promotion, simply for their stupidity in putting all their chips on one fighter.
I think that guy in Japan who said "Hellooooo Japan" seconds before he got choked out has to be up there.
Part of what would make Forrest's "bad" losses look even worse is how he would react after & handle the loss. Most guys just look depressed but Forrest would be loudly crying running running around & out of the ring.
Saku vs Arona, that was tough to watch.
Silva vs Bonnar might have been worse than Silva vs Griffin
"oh you guys were on the first TUF and in the UFC hall of fame, I'm just gonna destroy the both of you and make you look like regional level nobodies in the process"
