Maybe you took low ticket sales - something that could have a number of causes, some mentioned here - and immediately jumped to the conclusion that the UFC is "totally over."

poor gate? it's already over 3 million dollars. It's not 2010 numbers but the UFC is far from over... they can do half that gate and business would still keep running.
the UFC is hurting in north america for sure, but to say the UFC is over (as the op states) because the gate is 3 million instead of 4 million is ridiculous.
it will all come down to which night tuf lands on FX. If they get the wednesday 10pm slot then things will turn around.

Carlos Condit has 28 wins in his career. Only TWO by decision. That's an extremely high finish rate for any fighter, even at HW, and this guy is fighting at WW.
It's really, really sad for MMA that guys like Condit are not marketable. To me, it shows that MMA is much more of an entertainment product, and an image apparel for the Tapout crowd, than it is a sport, unfortunately.
Wear a pink mohawk, and you immediately jump past just about every fighter with normal hair, in marketability.

Liking entertaining fighters should not be reserved for the hardcore fans, it should, ideally, be how every single MMA viewer estimates fighters and fights.
