They're using UFC footage (and calling Mike C. a "UFC heavyweight") to promote their show. Unless it's licensed, which it's not because it would make zero sense for the UFC to allow a small promotion to use their footage, then they'll probably be receiving a letter from the UFC legal department.

There is nothing wrong with calling Mike a UFC HW. His two fights in the UFC were both in the HW range. One was an official HW fight and the other was a 208 pound catch weight.
