Your body can only use about 22-30 grams of protien per serving and the rest is crapped out.

The question is taking an more than 200g. This could mean 10000g. There is no doubt that your body will flush all the excess it cannot use. Whether you piss it out our shit it out it does not matter because it is still being filtered though your body. This can lead to stress to the kidneys.

unless somebody won a Nobel prize for their research while I haven't been paying attention to that stuff, the only studies cited when people say that extra protein damages your kidneys (Which was really common when everybody started realizing that eating 50 bagels a day was bad for you, about 6 years ago now...) were with people who already had kidney problems. There's really nothing to prove excessive protein is bad for your kidneys, unless you want to get into Bizarro World territory and assume the guy is going to eat 600 grams of protein a day...

Protein that isn't used like its supposed to be used gets burned up as energy (unless you're a lazy fat fuck who eats steak and eggs for breakfast...then it gets turned to fat after your body tries to do about a zillion other things). 200 grams a day for a really active 150 lb. guy won't do any harm. Hell, I knew a MILF from hell back in the day who weighed MAYBE 120 lbs. who ate that much.

you know what will do the guy harm? Sweating over his protein intake this much. Train hard, eat good, and rest. If you get hurt, go to the doctor.
