Many restaurants and bars here are dog friendly, typically patios at the minimum are open to dogs. A lot of places have a dog menu too. It seems like most blocks have a water dish out on the sidewalk in case a thirsty pup is passing by. When I walk to the bank I take my dog in with me. They give her a treat. What's it like for dogs where you are?
