Our head DT instructor was sent your ISR tape series (by either Paul or Luis) and I have been checking them out. Very nice!
I am in Vancouver, WA and heard Portland has a group that trains regularly in ISR - but I heard they can only train with people within their own agency. Is this true?
And ...when is the next instructor training happening in Portland?
