Opened Tito Ortiz a short betting favorite @ -125.
Thought the # mighta been alittle low since Tito was -160 vs Rashad and and +160 vs Machida and -400 vs Forrest when they 1st fought.
After some early 2 way wagering action it's been ALL Forrest Griffin.
Players been betting Forrest double fisted.....
Line is all the way up to Forrest -145.
Unusual to see such a big money move so early on a guy that already lost to his opponent and is coming off 2 brutal KO losses.
im gona put some money on Tito.

me 2. Good post!
MMA fans bet with their hearts not their heads.
Forrest up to -155. Tito supporters are looking at nice price at this rate...
Where is the best place to bet online?
Hey Odessa, how has the money been on Carwin/Brock and Machida/Shogun.
Anyone betting shogun even with the odds the way they are?

Wow, I'm putting a grand on Tito
I'm waiting for CRE's prediction before I make a move.

Machida got bet early and in all the parlays, and they bet Rua in the straights. Thing is they were taking +300 to +325 with Rua when there was +370 available on Rua at the time, so not putting much stock in the Rua money...
It's been all Lesnar money since the get go.. I'd say more individuals bet on Rogers to upset Fedor than Carwin to beat Brock. But still early. Alot can change fight week.
The Forrest money is what suprises me the most and there are some sharp guys that are betting Forrest early..

I actually like Forrest in this fight, though my judgement may be clouded by Tito hate. Sure, Forrest is coming off 2 KO losses, and what was Tito doing during that time? Nothing, that's what. Forrest's first fight with Tito was his first true test, his coming out party. And since then he has gone on to upset both Shogun and Rampage. After his last two losses he has gone back to being the UFC's red headed stepchild, but he has seen enough adversity now that I don't think he'll be intimidated by Tito this time.
I think it will be close just like the last fight, but I don't think Forrest will get blasted like he did in the first round of the first fight. Coin toss IMO, with a strong chance of a decision even more controversial than the last one.

Odessa what do you think of Thor v3

Surprising after Forrest's last fight. If I was betting man, I would put money on Tito taking it by decision.
Tell me how forest stops a in shape ready to fight tito? Tell me how tito stops forest? No matter what this fight is going to the judges again. It will look much like the first fight imo.
Unless you have eyes in Tito's camp, I don't see how you can bet this fight. No one knows what he'll look like coming off major surgery and physical rehab.
I can't see myself putting money on this fight. Both guys are way too inconsistant IMO. If the Tito that fought the first round of Tito/Forrest 1 shows up, it should be a win for Tito. If the Forrest that dominated Shogun shows up, it should be a win for Forrest. If BOTH of those guys show up it's anyone's fight (with a slight edge to Tito, IMO). If NEITHER of those guys show up, we're in for a dissapointing unpredictable fight.
Joey,
I love when you post the stuff about the late line moves...you made me a boatload posting about Mackens over Fabiano on the last WEC...thanks very much, invaluable info!
