I didnt want to let the cat out of the bag, since I was sorta behind the scenes helping make this happen, but the FIGHT NETWORK will be airing BJJ and GRAPPLING programs along with their other regular programming.
They already aired the Canadian Abu Dhabi Trials and will be showing the World Abu Dhabi Pro soon...but now have confirmed that the LA Sub X, and X Mission events will also be played on the station as well!

There are more events being negotiated for broadcast as well.
:)
The LA Sub X and X Mission feature some of the best Submission Fighters in the world competing in a NO GI special event. Fighters such as:LYOTO MACHIDA,MARCELO GARCIA,RAPHAEL LOVATO JR, LEO VIEIRA, RANDY COUTURE, JACARE, KRON GRACIE, JACARE, JEFF GLOVER, and more!!!
It looks like DREAM will be played soon as well!
WOW
I may resubscribe to that station. It depends though, are they going to get good spots? Is Memphis Wrestling and So You Wanna Fight going to still be in heavy rotation?
ttt
This is awesome.
Now only if Ric will pay me in dvds...
Hey, it's better than all female Japanese cat-fights and 7 year old TKO re-broadcasts...oh wait, those are still being aired in primetime time slots as well.
My bad.
Awesome news.
As long as it's mostly No-gi I'll be happy.
I've been waiting to see no-gi grappling (of all levels and regions) on there.
If it's Gi, I would rather watch Japanese cats fight. BTW, do Japanese cats have better fight technique than Persians? Why are cat fights legal but dogfights are illegal?.
I'll tell you why ...Michael Vick is the victim of a racist plot.
However, I draw the line with 7 year old TKO broadcasts ... the commentator, i.e. the short one (not the pudgy, bald one), is so annoying!
;-)
Wait a minute, if he's the pudgy bald one, who's the short annoying one LOL !? I'm taller than Joe LOL !
