I'm a Shields fan and I've wanted to see him inside the UFC for several years now. He's so far ahead of every other welterweight outside of the UFC that he had to go up a weight class just to challenge himself. Now that he's beaten Mayhem, Lawler, and Hendo, what is really left for him in Strike Force? Nothing. It's time to jump ship and play with the big boys now.

Yeah because Strikeforce showed him so much respect. Dana is 100 percent right when he said they didnt re-sign him becasue they figured hendo would destroy him, and than they could either lowball him or let him go. Now they are fucked. They either have to pay him shitloads more and go into bigger debt or watch him take his belt to the UFC. You should drop strikeforce for doing what they did.
