Tank was an underrated wrestler. I'd go like Sam Adkins.
Tank would come in swinging, get countered, and KO'd.
But, If he was able to get a takedown and get on top against the fence.. Toney would get hurt. Tank was very strong and had a solid wrestling base.
Im assuming this is pure boxer Toney without MMA training?

Honestly with the Toney of today and his knowledge of MMA I'd say he beats Tank without a doubt, better striking and cardio out weighs Tanks wrestling. If the James Toney in this fight had no MMA experience whatsoever he gets pounded the fuck out.
Tank would owned him.
