Imagine bullying this dude cause he looks nerdy and then all of a sudden he’s using your head as a fucking speed bag
Honestly it must take some skills to do that but he was moving pretty slowly, it’s like some kid who gets good at spinning a pencil around in their hands. Dude would get wrecked based on those skills alone.

The speed bag is singlehandedly the most useless piece of equipment in the gym.

Check out a karate gym sometime.
It’s decent conditioning to keep your hands up and it give you something to do while you are exercising. I agree that it has fuck-all to do with anything technical.
I own a Burn Machine and it’s no joke. A speed bag would be more fun for sure
The one and only reason I bought a burn machine is cause I thought I’d look cool like Brock Lesnar
