It appears that against the advice of his attorney, JJ withdrew his Not Guilty plea and plead Guilty to charges of forcible rape and sexual assault. Not sure what deal he got, if any or the sentence, but this doesn't look good for Mr. Jackson.

And why doe she owe $95 bucks?
Well just because he plead guilty doesn't mean he actually committed the crimes he"s accused of. It's a calculated gamble. He could be facing many years in prison if convicted and much less if he takes the plea, possibly even time served. Sucks to have that type of conviction on your record, but ultimately he has to live with himself either way. I know the guy as well as his mom. I think the world of her and wish him the best. Hopefully he's able to put this behind him soon enough. As for the "victim" hopefully he doesn't take her back. She is clearly bad news. I can't see what good could come from being with her at this point.

Sentencing will be tomorrow, but it states that he is being referred to a Probation Officer, which means he may be getting out of the slammer.
It seems strange that he'd wait until day 11 of the trial to change his plea. Maybe the prosecutor offered a deal.
