You are talking about the Miami location not the headquarters in Coconut Creek right? Coconut Creek is a long ways away from downtown Miami.
Gracie Miami.
Southie - Gracie Miami. That's an option but the Valente's teach more Helio's version of "self defense" Jiu Jitsu (the way it was originally intended).
I'm looking for more sport jiu jitsu with a lot of non stop rolling with technical guys.
...before you dismiss the Valentes, I would suggest trying a Tuesday or Thursday night sparring class
in lieu of that, Rillion has a good sportive school
daniel valverde..
not to far from downtown, he has to check out roberto cyborg abreu..fightsportssbeach.com..he will not regret it.
Let me put it this way:
Which school(s) do the best in GI/NO GI competition?
^The answer(s) will steer me in the right direction.
Rilion is down there. I went there to visit once. Great guys, extremely technical.

ATT but they also have about 5 times as many competitors as any other school that does both gi and no gi
If you got a car you should check out Carlos Rollyson (7th Degree Black under Grandmaster Carlson Gracie) in Ft. Lauderdale.
http://www.rollysonbjj.com/
And also Carlson Gracie Miami

that cyborg guy looks real good on the mat.
Rillion's meant to have the best guard in the Gracie family
