I was wondering if anyone worked or knew of any companies that rewarded their employees immediately after getting their degrees. I am talking bonus or salary increases here. If so, how did they receive it and what was the attitude of the employer?
I'm not sure this 100% applicable, but my company gives salary bumps once you finish your masters or PhD.

True, but if you're in a large company, they could possibly transfer you to a higher position. May not always be best to move.
