Job where you had to hear/see something on loop

I run trains for a living. Sometimes I hear the locomotive bell in my sleep. Phone Post 3.0

I used to work nights and would hear one these fucking things everyday during my sleep time.

Every major casino show here in Vegas except for Penn & Teller is note for note exactly the same every performance, year round. Even really good shows get annoying after a while.

Was Journey's and PacSun store manger for a while. The music we played, which was required, was fucking horrible.

Not quite the same but at high school I worked on the entertainment counter in Woolworths. It was the late 90's/ early 00's so the music was in steep decline- I could sing every word of every top 40 single without knowing the title or even the artist. It was like mind control. Phone Post 3.0

I install bleachers in basketball gyms. Often, it's a new facility, and I'm working alongside a dozen other construction contractors. HVAC, floors, concrete, carpenters, etc. The worst days of my life are when they test the fire alarms for a week straight. "THERE HAS BEEN A FIRE EMERGENCY. PLEASE EXIT THE BUILDING. BEEP BEEP BEEP..."repeat ad infinitum.

Worked at a Blockbuster my senior year of high school. We had to play these tapes that featured the trailers for new releases and popular songs at that time. Every now and then I'll hear one of those songs and cringe. Top 40 music in 99 was terrible. Phone Post 3.0

Worked at a bbq joint for 2 years , I heard the same country songs daily for that time Phone Post 3.0
