I had the pleasure of meeting him after Randy/Chuck 2. Very nice and humble guy, he actually got in line for the UFC after party behind me and my friend. He was content to just be treated like everyone else, and my buddy and I had to convince him to just walk up to the front...which he did and was immediately ushered in.
Joe Doerksen bought me a hot tub and brought us years of MMA awesomness.
He is a man among men and I appreciate his work.
