wow It's so hard to master any aspect in MMA honestly. Helds hands have not developed and honestly that was a bad looking fight for Joe. A match perfectly made for Held though.
Held says he's the better grappler and fighter... Doesn't try to strike at all... Doesn't trip to grapple at all. Stalls against the cage, stalls in guard. Literally didn't do anything other than a few takedowns. Gayyyyy
