Who had this fight for Joe Ray ?
Joe had the first round, was the more skilled mma technician, and more effective.
BUT, by judging criteria, Smith won the second and third rounds in my opinion, almost finishing, clearly disrupting Joe at the end of the second.
It shoulda been a 29-28 fight, and I can understand Schiavello's point. There waqs no way that was 30-27 on 2 cards, but I thought Smith won the fight.
Smoogy claimed 30-27 for Ray which is laughable.

Smith wins split and Voice and Mezger almost lost their shit. They couldn't stop nut hugging Ray even when he was on bottom getting pounded on they never gave Smith anything besides saying he had heart cause he left eye was closed.

The entire left side of Smith's face was fubar'd by the end of Round 2. It was a crap decision
I didn't think it was a robbery. I had Ray 2-1, but definitely thought it was close. Ray was more effective with his striking, but he wasn't active enough to ensure he was scoring enough points.
It was a horrible decsion. I gave the fight my all. I was robbed.
