I'm from melbourne, im in the same boat as you, looking it up now and using a taxi calculator on the internet says its about a $50 ride one way

Sorry the gig is so far from the arena, but most of the theaters in Sydney were already booked when the UFC date was confirmed.
When I do theaters outside of UFC dates they're usually confirmed way in advance, at least 5 or 6 months. That's how most bands do it as well, so when a UFC gets confirmed 3 months out it's hard to secure a venue. Rootys was pretty much the only thing available.
