Hey guys, I'm the guy who shot, edited, and subsequently misspelled
"Challenger".
The backstory is this. I do a lot of Eddie's video stuff (I do it for a living
as well) and was filming some content for an upcoming project. As I
was filming Eddie, Joe was completely schooling this guy. I would
later find
out that he had contacted Joe on Myspace blind and said he would,
"...make you tap, tap, TAP". Joe politely invited him down to 10th
Planet and proceeded to school him. The rest is as the video says;
Eddie didn't realize that was the guy, and when he did, asked the guy if
he would roll with Joe again. This time I filmed it. I was on hiatus from
Flavor of Love (the show I edit for) so I was sleeping in the next day.
When I finally arose, there were already three threads about this and
many people calling bullshit. I cut it together, threw some music from
Transformers: The Movie on there, and the rest is history.
p.s. Joe was polite to the guy the entire time, and he was polite back.
That said, Joe showed the guy that it's no easy thing to make him tap.
I'm a purple belt and started with JJM, and Joe routinely kills me
everytime we roll. Joe is legit.

don't know why it's so hard for people to believe joe is legit... with all the time and access he has to top notch training, (not to mention privates don't really dent his bank account) why wouldn't he be good? it's like being amazed some celeb lost 40 pounds for a role... give most people a nutritionist, trainer and no 9-5 job and you'd have to be a complete failure not to succeed...
