I think there is an event in New Orleans that weekend. You may not get the turnout you would on another weekend. I could be wrong though. I think it is called New Orleans Cup or something like that.

Spoke with John and he is going to postpone the event not to conflict with N.O. Event.

When he sets another date I will post.

Thanks,

Russell

ShootHook 3 is set for August 9 in Madison, MS.

Dixson's Dungeon website says that the event was cancelled due to flooding of the venue. I sure am glad I waited until the last minute to print directions.

For everyone who missed out on this great event (I know I am disappointed) be sure to go to ShootHook 3.

ITs Tomorrow Top for Big John

This was a really fun event. Thanks to Big John Dixson and everyone at Dixson's Dungeon who helped to make it such a great tournament.

How did the Madison Team do? I discussed going with my dead head brother, but after Shoothook the week before and our MMA fights the week before THAT we were just too burnt out.

I was the only one who made the trip. I went 2-1. Won my division, lost in the first round of absolute to Jon Brown.
