UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson has beat pretty much all the top contenders, so as far as who is next for him, he doesn't care. He just wants to fight:

“People are saying Joseph might be next, which is fine,” Johnson said. “I’m a competitor. … I want to fight whoever is going to get me to that number – breaking the record for title defenses.”

There’s no reason for UFC officials to make a decision on Johnson’s next opponent until after UFC Fight Night 78, which takes place Nov. 21 at Mexico’s Monterrey Arena. But if you think Johnson is laying out potential scenarios in his head and sweating the possibilities, think again.

“I don’t give a damn,” Johnson said. “I just want to fight.”

Don't worry, DJ. According to live gates and PPV buyrates, the fans don't give a damn, either.

How can you not like this guy. Quickly approaching. GOAT Phone Post 3.0

Because they listen to what the UFC says and pay attention to PPV numbers instead of forming their own opinions. Dude is fun to watch and has finished 3 of his last 5 fights. That's more than Robbie Lawler, Jones, and the same as Dillishaw.

Exactly. Plus he has a fun personality.

Personally I don't care the size of the fighter, I care about the quality of the fight. Phone Post 3.0

I'd much rather have him fight Dillashaw.

He needs to build his name amongst casuals a bit more...and he can do that by taking a step up for a superfight. Imagine if he beats the 135lb champ.

Then he can go back down and beat up on all the guys he already beat again and he might just garner attention for it! Phone Post 3.0

At this point he should ditch the MMA gloves and throw on a pair of boxing gloves and fight Chocolatito. That'd be fun to watch. Phone Post 3.0

I like MM but Roman, despite the size disadvantage, would fuck Demetrious's world up in a boxing match.

Id like to see him fight cejudo next or mccall if ian gets a w. Phone Post 3.0

You're correct. "Beat" is too nice of a word for what is going to happen to Dillashaw in that cage.

Cruz might shred every ligament in his body, but I believe he wins that fight. Phone Post 3.0

I've been waiting for this fight. I kinda hope he gets it and walks away. I can't even think of someone else I really want to wait a year to see him fight. Phone Post 3.0

Neither do the majority of MMA fans.

Every round would've went like the first for fat boy linkekar had he made weight , but we all knew he wouldn't . I'll fight Demetrius soon enough and whoop his ass again.

DJ has nothing to lose, according to his live gate and ppv buys

He should go big and go for the superfight against TJ

Esp if he wins, how can anyone disrespect a 2 division champ? Phone Post 3.0

Like the second fight you had with him?

I hope you win, I enjoy watching you fight much more than DJ, but you've only ever clearly won round against him.
