I have been having some big problems with my Knees and Elbows. My
knees have hurt for years so I am used to that but over the last year or
2 my elbows started to hurt real bad. If a person even gets close to an
armlock I have to tap or risk serious injury. Does anyone have any
advice on how to loosen up the joints? I thought about having somone
just slowly armbar me to stretch it out - i dunno it is frustrating.
Thanks for the tip - I actually have some fish oil and some
Glucosomine at my place right now - I am gonna take some tonight
and stay on it until I feel the effects.
hmm. I would ask some folks in the strength and
conditioning forum.. they are knowledgable about these
things.. one thing I would do is keep up on the
gluclosamine and ice those joints after training
regardless of whether or not pain is present
