http://mmarated.com/videos/v/20081120/jon_fitch__rated_exclusive_interview-6137.html

you're tall

you gotta be like 6'11", man. how tall are you?

 Good Job MMArated.

Dana comes out smelling the worst here, interesting to see what happens next.

6"11? More like 5"11...

thank god he's back. that was a shitty situation

Yup, nice to see someone on an mma site who can actually conduct an interview (and have a fucking microphone!!).

BTW, we also spoke to Swick, Velazquez and others so stay tuned...

TTT for Boilerbrawn

MMArated hitting the ball out of the park!

Wow, they fell for the Good Cop/Bad Cop routine.

There really isn't any viable alternative for most fighters, so it makes sense to stay.  That doesn't mean you have to act like a douche to get people to sign a contract.

Jesus so Fitch is back now? good for him, but this whole thing is fishy

ttt for later

Haole -  LMAO @ the double speak from Fitch
Wednesday he details his issue with the contract, and then in this interview...

"It was never about the contract"

He said he was willing to negotiate the terms of the contract, but he didn't like Dana's take it or leave it approach.. thats pretty fair

At the same time, the right to have your likeness appear in video games seems like an odd sticking point

None of us will ever really know what happened. Let's just try to remember this next time the UG flies into a tizzy over rumours.

no everybody knows what happened, and there IS reason for the tizzy.

ttt

Fitch is exceptionally intelligent, and I'm sure he's acting in his best interest.

I think it's easy to miss how impressive it is that Fitch was able to make serious criticism about Zuffa very public while still managing to get this relationship repaired. He's obviously hot property, and public discussions like this are important in keeping Zuffa's business practices above the table.
