                    <blockquote>

Jones and Bader have both verbally agreed to face each other on Super Bowl weekend, Jones' agent Malki Kawa tells MMA Fighting.

"I thought Bader was exposed (in Bade vs Nogueira)," Jones told MMA Fighting on Monday evening . "At first, Bader had me a believer in his double-legs. I thought with his strength and his power, he could double-leg down anyone. But Nogueira exposed him in the wrestling department, big time. That was interesting to see."

"I think he gassed out and I think he's been gassing out in his last few fights. With his strength may come a lack of cardio. ... Where he has the physical power, I think genetics don't allow him to be able to go a vicious fifteen minutes like he needs to, especially when someone really puts the heat on him."

"I was studying him and Nogueira, but now that I know it's Bader I'm watching all his fights, all his interviews – I'm obsessed with the guy. It's a great feeling."

"I want to get to know Ryan Bader as if I was his coach or his trainer. I want to know what his tendencies are, what punch he throws the most, what makes him want to shoot his double-leg, where is his mental security blanket is in the Octagon. You know, where does he like to shoot? Does he like to shoot in the middle of the cage or against the cage? Every time I watch a fight I pick up something different. I just like to study. There's a quote that says, 'If you know yourself and you know your opponent, you shouldn't fear the results of 100 battles.' Just really being prepared gives you a lot of confidence."

a fedor in the making

oh yes, sooo true

Bader has NOTHING for Jones. I think anyone who disagrees thinking that Bader has any chance whatsoever is being delusional.

I would love to see how Jones does off his back but if Bader cant keep him there then its goodnight Irene!

who cant love this kid?

He is destined for big things.

Inspiring, actually.

Jones is talented, dedicated and seems quite smart. Could easily be the GSP of the 205 division in the making.

i try only to judge fighters on their ability, but how can you not like this guy's personality?

awesome fighter, great ambassador.

 Jones all the way.

"If you know yourself and you know your opponent, you shouldn't fear the results of 100 battles."

Ah, Mr Jones has probably been reading The Art of War by Sun Tzu. He has got the translation slightly wrong though.

I have this as a tattoo - ??????????- which means 'If you know both yourself and your enemy, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss'

Won't let me show the archaic chinese translation

Bones is a monster, if Bader loses to him I will not lose an ounce of respect for him as a fighter.

"I think genetics don't allow him to be able to go a vicious fifteen minutes like he needs to, especially when someone really puts the heat on him"

GOLDBERG NEEDS TO USE THIS LINE IN THE BROADCAST

Hasn't Jones gassed when he's had to fight more than a couple minutes?

Huge Jones fan, he's the only exciting wrestler I care to watch for.

BADER will WIN! Phone Post

bader is getting tko'd in this one.

i see him eating a flying knee when he takes a shot.

i think bader's shots were not that great against Rog cuz of lack of experience at that level and the standup.....however, Bader used them well to keep Rog guessing too but Rog looked slow. JOnes will not.

Bumbaclot -  Please don't compare him to GSP.

Dude finishes fights.

Fuck you dude, he was talking about their level of ability and their legacy building career paths. You are a relentless troll. Why are you even dogging on GSP? What do you have to complain about?

Anyway, Jones is unstoppable and he is only getting better. Champ within 2 years at the most and he is 23. That is fucking scary.

I'm a big Jones fan but this quote just sounds like Jackson camp 101 to me.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.
