Everything else aside, even back as a purple belt, Gordon would have done much the same to many black belts.

As Tom's black belt I can assure you he would compete against this clown anytime, anyplace. He would never turn down a match. As a matter of fact he recently sent out an open invite to any black belts to come and roll with him at his school.
