Clash of heads to begin round. Combatants touch gloves. Opponent operating with a little more urgency, more volume of punches from the outside. Aldo maintaining the center of the ring but his workrate has slowed this round thus far.
Aldo looking his slickest the first 30 seconds of this round.
Fight is over.
More energy from both men to begin this round. Aldo continuing to take the center of the ring and opponent circles on the outside. Some body work and inside fighting from both men. Opponent back to circling. Referee warns fighters. Slip by Aldo. End of fight, fighters embrace.
I don’t think Aldo is going to get any big names any time soon.
No knockdowns against an 0-3 fighter.
6 rounds to 0? Last round was kinda close though.
I honestly think that Aldo would have been pieced up against a halfway competent boxer.
I didn’t know it was 6 rounds. By heart Aldo won, by boxing scorecard is really close
Definitely the first few rounds he was just blocking with his gloves. he did move around here and there.
60-54 Aldo wins.
Opponent landed mulriple clean shots during the fight. Anyone with decent power would have sat Aldo down.
60-54
59-55
60-54
Unanimous Dec. Jose Aldo Jr.
What weight was this?
Aldo carrying two huge championship belts during post fight interview. No idea what orgs those belts represent.
Feed cut off during interview.
Not certain of weight class.
No clue but Aldo did look bigger.
Hopefully a few clips will pop up
Aldo needs to fight a mexican fighter who will bite his mouthpiece and throw with him. I believe that will be the best way a promoter will get the most entertainment value out of Aldo.
Did he look like a boxer or a Muay Thai guy boxing?
Muay Thai guy boxing. No question about it.
Cheers for the updates all
Is Aldo released from his UFC contract?
