Albolene. Used it all the time in high school, its pretty much impossible to not sweat when you have it on.
I heard Aldo cut from around 165 or more to make weight for the Homink fight. Pretty fucking big.
man those weight cuts are so brutal..so much respect for fighters who put their bodies through that.
Much respect to Aldo. One of my all time favorite fighters. But damn that hurt to watch!
Yeah he loked more filled in for the Hom fight...also was apparently ill coming to the final week, which threw off his normal cut routine I am sure...
