Aldo won’t point fingers at Vitor Belfort, like many do, for using the testosterone replacement therapy, and he said he doesn’t believe Randy Couture was clean during his 22-year MMA career, despite the fact that "The Natural" never tested positive for any prohibited substance.
"Americans always used that," he said. "Randy Couture fought until he was 50, and you say he was clean? If the doctors prescribe you and you’re on the limits, OK, I see no problem. If I need that one day, I will use TRT too."

I don't see the big deal about what he said. Everything he said is true. Just because he is ok with it does not mean he is on it or supports steroids.

Couture statement isn't that big of a deal. It was Couture that brought TRT into the mainstream, and it was Joe Rogan that outed him for it.

He speaks the truth other than stating his own team doesn't use it. Other than that, he didn't say anything that wasn't true.

He's insinuating everyone is on something hence "everyone using" .
Besides Aldo supporting trt is extremely surprising considering his age and what it does to the sport

Not sure why he felt the need to call out Couture, one of only a couple dozen guys to pass a random drug test. Prior to UFC 91, he and Lesnar both passed random tests.
