I haven't seen the official press release from CSAC, but...

3674 (paid) + 39083 (FEG paid) = 42757.

Only 18,340 were ever counted.

Like I said, I haven't seen the CSAC report, but I'm 99% sure it doesn't say 42,757, the same exact number of tickets "sold" actually attended the event.

Hey, I'd shill for a place too if they put me on tv, but try to have some integrity.

Imho, I think FEG paying for all those tickets wouldnt have been that bad and if the event a a whole was alot better. just the way it rolled left a bad taste in everyones mouth.

So as I understand it, 3000+ people actually bought tickets. FEG bought another ~39000 tickets and then gave them out for free. ~18,000 people actually attended the event?

To be more exact... ~18000 people were counted.

It seems that that after awhile they just started not caring, and let people walk in.
