American Top Team Atlanta's own Roan "Jucao" Carneiro visited to conduct a workshop at Kru Nestor's Ultimate Gym NY. With a wealth of Jiu-Jitsu and MMA knowledge, he presented a warm heart and open mind for all of the students to experience.
