Combat Jiu-Jitsu & Kickboxing Fight Night
Aggressive Combat Sports invades South Florida with it's first event, titled Genesis. Featuing K-1 Amateur Bouts and Combat JiuJitsu matches (Modified MMA)
-Sanctioned by the United States Muay Thai Associaition.
-This event is taking place at the Brazilian Rocky Fight Club, Formerly ATT doral. Located in 7500 NW 25th street Unit #4 Doral, florida 33122.
-Doors open 6pm. First Fight 7pm
-Tickets only $25 General Admission.
WEIGH INS WILL BE JUNE 14TH @ THE BRAZILIAN ROCKY FICHT CLUB. WEIGH IN TIMES ARE:
Pre Weigh in 7pm - 8pm (This will be for fighter looking to check their weights. If a fighter is not on weight, this is a good time to cut the extra pounds to make the scale.
Official Weigh ins / Face off 8pm - 9:30pm. Once a fighter jumps on the scale, that will be the weight he/she will be.
--COMBAT JIU-JITSU RULES--
1. Punches to the body ONLY
2. Kicks allowed to the legs, body and head
3. Knees are allowed to the body ONLY
4. Once the action hits the ground, fighters have 30 seconds to secure a submission. There is NO STRIKING on the ground.
5. No punches to the head. No neck cranks. No twisting leg locks (Heelhooks...toe holds). No elbows at all. No eye gouging. No fishhooking. No strikes to the groin area.
Kickboxing will be Amateur Muay Thai Rules.
**Clinch is allowed but must follow up with effective knees.
**Sweeps are allowed.
**Hip throws are illegal.
**elbows are illegal
-10 oz gloves provided by Aggressive Combat Sports
-Shin guards are mandatory
-Head Gear provided by ACS
-Groin protection mandatory
-Hand wraps mandatory
