The promoter running the event is getting lots of sponsors so there should be some cool giveaways… He is also trying to look into organizing an event ON the beach like you’d see in Brazil. He has spoken to a few municipalities about this idea but wants to see how competitors would feel about it.
His question was “Would you roll ON the sand or prefer to roll on MATS on the sand?”
I think I’d rather roll on mats on the beach myself.
Takedowns would be easier in sand but besides that it would suck... Mats for sure!
