Was it getting disgusting towards the end?I'm 6 feet tall weigh about 200 so def not fat I trance some K1 and some WBC and I I run and do weights far from a physical specimen though. It wasn't anywhere near as bad as I figured it would be hit a slight wall about 20 minutes in but drank some lemonade and that helped
