Just built a C3 corvette for my dad

383 fuel injected , estimate 470 hp 500 torque . Made 450 hp and 470tq before cam and additional cylinder head work . 700r4 trans upgrade , full coilover suspension , slotted / drilled rotors with ceramic brakes and a ton other stuff  . Took the car apart and replaced everything. Took 6 months

1976 corvette 6,000

20, 000 in parts . Every component not including some interior and cosmetic stuff was replaced , rebuilt or upgraded .

I was a mechanic on f-16's and then f-22's for a little while before going back to f-16's . Also uncle owned a Suzuki dealership. So as kids we would always be there fixing our dirt bikes while our uncle showed us the proper way according to Suzuki .

Sorry , I think he realized it when he took it took get inspected and all the mechanics were asking him questions about and saying how cool it was .
